Abstract

In an environment of rapid technological evolution, it is very important for the company AxaPc, in Quevedo, Ecuador, the application of digital transformation in its operations. Implementing digital solutions becomes essential to improve efficiency and stay competitive. Manual execution of sales and maintenance records has resulted in service delays, customer dissatisfaction, and a negative perception of a lack of professionalism. In addition, security problems and limitations in management capacity have been identified. Lack of efficiency and proper monitoring have affected the company's reputation and customer satisfaction. Complaints have been received from dissatisfied customers due to delays and lack of communication in the repair process. There is a need to implement an automated commercial management system to address these challenges. This system was developed specifically to manage the sales and maintenance of computer equipment, as well as inventory control. Several factors have been shown to contribute to the business challenge, and they are all interconnected. Addressing one of these factors in isolation would not be enough to achieve meaningful change. The development process of the proposed software is described. This process followed a linear method and involved definition, analysis, design, development, and maintenance. The software developed has been tested and proven to significantly improve operational efficiency and contribute to customer satisfaction. It provides an effective solution to overcome identified operational challenges. Digital transformation has become a fundamental requirement to maintain a strong position in the market and provide quality services to customers.
